Ledbetter to Present Local Talk About Snakes Nov. 4

Dr. Nicholus Ledbetter, assistant professor of biology at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, is giving a one-hour interactive talk on the snakes of northwest Oklahoma at the Alva Beer Company on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m.

Ledbetter said this is an opportunity to learn about some of the most feared animals in the region and discuss their value, identification and common myths.

Those attending are asked to come prepared with snake photos and stories.
