Northwestern Education Fair Set for Nov. 6

Education organizations seeking employees have an opportunity to go right to the source by attending the fall 2023 Education Fair at Northwestern Oklahoma State University-Alva. The in-person event will take place Monday, Nov. 6, in the Student Center Ballroom from 1-3 p.m.

Northwestern education majors are welcome to attend and should be prepared to provide copies of resumes and cover letters. People of the general public seeking a career in education are welcome to attend as well.

Oklahoma education organizations that have registered to attend so far include the following:

Alva Public Schools, Casady School of Oklahoma City, Enid Public Schools, Epic Charter School, Oklahoma Education Association, Ponca City Public Schools, Project Transformation Oklahoma, and Waynoka Public Schools.

Out-of-state education organizations attending include:

Clark County School District from Las Vegas, Dodge City (Kansas) USD 443, Elkhart (Kansas) USD 218, Garden City (Kansas) Public Schools USD 457, Glendale (Arizona) Elementary School District #40, Hobbs (New Mexico) Municipal Schools, Salina (Kansas) Public Schools USD 305, Solomon (Kansas) USD 393, and Wichita (Kansas) Public Schools.
