Miss Alva Madeline Ryerson Wins 2025 Miss Cinderella Crown

Madeline Ryerson, Miss Alva, was named Miss Cinderella 2025 at the 73rd Miss Cinderella Pageant on Oct. 24.
ALVA, Okla. — Madeline Ryerson, Miss Alva, won the title of Miss Cinderella for the 73rd Miss Cinderella Pageant at Northwestern Oklahoma State University Friday, Oct. 24.
Ryerson took home the Talent Award for her vocal rendition of “Beyond My Wildest Dreams” from the musical “The Little Mermaid” by Alan Menken, in addition to the Interview Award.

The pageant is held for high school senior girls in conjunction with the university’s homecoming celebration.
The Miss Cinderella Talent Show was on Thursday with interviews taking place Friday morning, ending with the pageant Friday evening.
First runner-up was Leah Taylor, Miss Shattuck; second runner-up was Josie Littau, Miss Woodward; third runner-up was MaKenzi Hamil, Miss Taloga; and fourth runner-up was Mariella Herrera, Miss Cherokee. Henzley Thomas, Miss Timberlake, was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants.

As Miss Cinderella, Ryerson will receive eight semesters of tuition and a one-year room waiver scholarship for a semi-private room at Northwestern-Alva. As the winner of the talent award, she will receive an additional one-year room waiver, and as the winner of the interview portion of the contest, she will also receive a book scholarship from Northwestern.
The first and second runners-up will receive six and four semesters of tuition, respectively. Third and fourth runners-up will receive one-year room waivers. Miss Congeniality will receive a one-year room waiver.
Each contestant who participates in the Miss Cinderella Pageant receives a $2,000 tuition scholarship to be used during their freshman year at Northwestern-Alva.

All Miss Cinderella contestants also are a part of the annual homecoming parade that takes place Saturday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m. on the downtown square.
