Northwestern’s Spring Showcase Feb. 21 Offering College Transfers, High School Seniors $500 Scholarship

High school seniors and college transfer students attending the Feb. 21 Spring Showcase at Northwestern will be able to fill out applications and scholarship forms as well as earn a $500 scholarship to Northwestern-Alva should they attend the university in the fall and live in Alva.
ALVA, Okla. — Northwestern Oklahoma State University is offering a $500 scholarship to college transfer students and high school seniors who attend the Spring Showcase event Saturday, Feb. 21, at 10 a.m. in the Student Center at the Northwestern-Alva campus.
Students attending will be awarded the $500 scholarship to Northwestern-Alva should they attend the university in the fall and live in Alva. Those attending also will receive a free Northwestern T-shirt. Students can tour the campus, meet faculty and student organization representatives, and get all questions answered firsthand.

Seniors who attended Ranger Preview in the fall cannot stack the $500 Spring Showcase Scholarship on top of the $600 Ranger Preview Scholarship. Students also must meet all scholarship eligibility requirements.
In-person registration begins at 10 a.m., and a welcome is set for 11 a.m. Campus tours will start at 11:45 a.m. and will continue in 15-minute intervals until 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided in the Student Center from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
