Northwestern Partners with Alva Beer Co., Troubadour to Serve Beer at Ranger Home Football Games

Local businesses Alva Beer Co. and Troubadour will offer different types of beer at each Rangers home game. University officials ask fans not to bring their own alcohol into the stadium.
Alva, Okla. -- Northwestern Oklahoma State University officials are excited to announce the approval of beer sales for home football games at Ranger Field.
In the spring, the Regional University System of Oklahoma Board of Regents approved the request from Northwestern to join other universities in selling beer at the home football games.
Local businesses Alva Beer Co. and Troubadour will team up to sell different types of beer at each home game. University officials ask fans not to bring their own alcohol into the stadium.
Home football games for the Rangers include:
- Sept. 4 (Thursday game) vs. Harding University at 6 p.m.
- Sept. 27 vs. East Central University at 6 p.m.
- Oct. 4 vs. Southern Arkansas University at 2 p.m.
- Oct. 25 (Homecoming) vs. Southern Nazarene University at 3 p.m.
- Nov. 8 (Ranger Preview) vs. University of Arkansas at Monticello at 2 p.m.
- Nov. 15 vs. Southwestern Oklahoma State University at 3 p.m.
