Northwestern Hosts Reach Higher: RECONNECT Event on Apr. 2 For Students To Come Back To College
March 28, 2026
Oklahomans who have successfully completed some college coursework, but have not yet finished a college degree will have the unique opportunity to submit college admission applications, receive advisement and financial aid counseling, and enroll in college classes with support from knowledgeable staff members during Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Reach Higher: RECONNECT Event on Thursday, Apr. 2.
Each campus location will host extended hours on Apr. 2 so possible students can get questions answered about continuing their college career. Alva, Enid and Woodward will have appointment times available in-person and via Zoom from 3-6 p.m. If any Oklahomans have some college credit and would like to finish their degree, this is the opportunity to begin.
Reach Higher: RECONNECT events are a series of coordinated student recruitment opportunities to be held February through June at participating Reach Higher campuses across the state. The primary goals of Reach Higher: RECONNECT events are to increase awareness of the adult-friendly degree completion options available through the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education’s Reach Higher initiative and encourage adults who have earned some college credit to successfully complete their degrees.
