Psychology Club - Alva and Enid

The Psychology Club was organized to accomplish the following objectives:

(1) to foster and encourage interest in psychology,

(2) to inform students about psychology as a profession and to relay information about graduate programs and applications thereto, and

(3) to provide an informal atmosphere for discussion of topics of current interest.

The Psychology Club serves the community by collecting paper products and canned food for the Alva Food Bank. The Psychology Club also collects warm coats for the winter with the Church of Christ here in Alva, Oklahoma. We join with SOEA in some of our events. We also hold a garage sale.

In Enid, students volunteer in the community on various projects. We also do fundraisers for the Endowment fund. We hold seminars and training sessions for students.

Membership is open to all interested students.
