Personal Safety DayThe Social Workers Association of Tomorrow (SWAT) is the student organization for Social Work majors.  Students interested in the profession of Social Work who have taken (or are currently enrolled in) at least one Social Work course are invited to join.  Meetings are held via ITV, allowing students on all three Northwestern campuses the opportunity to be involved with the organization.

Mission Statement

Social Workers Association of Tomorrow (SWAT) is a student-run organization that seeks to enhance the social work learning experience.  Our purpose is:

Legislative Day•  To promote Social Work as an important and positive profession in Northwest Oklahoma.

•  To uphold the National Association of Social Work code of ethics.

•  To employ community service projects while supporting our community partners and their consumers.
