Lindy Munsell signs to rodeo at Northwestern

April 1, 2019

Lindy Munsell (left) of Vici signs to become a Ranger with the Northwestern Rodeo team for the fall 2019 where she will compete in breakaway roping. Her mother, Tammy Hunter, was with her at the signing along with Coach Stockton Graves.

A third member of the Munsell family recently signed to rodeo at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Lindy Munsell of Vici will begin her rodeo career at Northwestern in the fall by competing in breakaway roping.

Lindy’s sister Taylor, who did well at the College National Finals Rodeo last year in breakaway roping, is doing well again this season for the Rangers, and her brother Hunter, a team roper, qualified for the CNFR while at Western Oklahoma State College before transferring to attend Northwestern during the 2015-16 school year.

Stockton Graves, head rodeo coach, said he is very proud to have Lindy become the third Munsell sibling to be a Ranger and is excited to have her at Northwestern.
