Enrollment for Fall Semester Opens March 26

March 15, 2019

Enrollment for the 2019 fall semester at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will open Tuesday, March 26.

The process for fall enrollment will differ this year as the University completes the transition to its new administrative system software.

“When fully implemented, our new Ellucian Colleague system will provide our students and staff with the ability to complete many more of our processes online, with greater speed and efficiency,” Dr. Bo Hannaford, vice president for academic affairs, said. “However, as that transition continues, enrollment for the fall semester will be more old school.”

All students will be required to manually complete enrollment forms, secure adviser signatures, and submit them to the Registry Office. This process includes undergraduate and graduate students who may have previously enrolled online.

Students at the Enid and Woodward campuses can submit their completed enrollment forms to the administrative offices at those sites.

All first-year freshmen must enroll in one of the Ranger Connection classes. This class is designed to help students connect to and learn more about the university. Ranger Connection classes are listed under University Studies in the fall schedule.

Students with enrollment questions may call the Registry Office at (580) 327-8554.

The fall semester at Northwestern begins Aug. 19.
