Honors Program

• ACT composite score of 27 or

• SAT-I score of 1220;

• Cumulative high school GPA of 3.4

• 2-page writing sample; and

• Letter of recommendation from a teacher or administrator

Deadline for priority scholarship consideration: March 15.

• Must have completed two semesters of full-time college coursework;

• Composite ACT score of 27 or

• SAT-I score of 1200;

• Cumulative college GPA of 3.4;

• Letter of recommendation from a university instructor or administrator; and

• Essay on an assigned topic

• Complete a sequence of 4 special-topics courses with a grade of A or B; 

• Submit a reflective portfolio of work produced in the Honors course sequence;

• Produce one independent, academic research project under the guidance of professors in your major; and

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2
