
NWOSU Artificial Intelligence Impact Committee
The purpose of the AI Impact Committee is to act as a resource for faculty as they formulate policies on AI use and abuse by students and to support faculty members in their exploration and implementation of AI applications in their teaching practice.
The objectives of the committee are to:

Research the evolving regulatory landscape of AI at the local, state, and federal levels;

Identify key AI technologies that can enhance students learning outcomes;

Promote best practices for the ethical use of AI in higher education;

Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among university departments and divisions;

Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI technologies in higher education; and
-
Provide faculty development opportunities and resources related to AI technologies.
