Oklahoma ABLE Tech Assistive Technology Workshop

Oklahoma ABLE Tech is excited to offer one of four free Empowering Educators Through Assistive Technology Regional Workshops during the 2026–2027 school year at Northwestern-Alva in the Education Center, room 109. These in-person trainings are designed for educators, related service providers, and administrators who want to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and confidence in supporting students through assistive technology (AT) and accessible educational materials (AEM).

Throughout the day, participants will move beyond simply learning about AT devices and explore a practical, team-based process for making effective AT decisions—from consideration and assessment through implementation, documentation, and evaluation.

Open to educators, related service providers, educational administrators, and teacher candidates (undergraduates).
