Suicide Prevention and Awareness Week – Sept. 7-11

Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month in September promotes hope and connection through education, compassion,
and community action. Together, we can work to reduce stigma and remind others that they are not alone.

The Social Workers’ Association of Tomorrow (SWAT) will have several activities for students and faculty to participate in throughout the week of Sept. 7-11.

Stop into the Student Center every day, answer our question of the day, and write your “reasons to stay” on our tree.

Sept. 8 — SWAT members will also play host to a movie in Jesse Dunn 308 at 5 p.m.

Sept. 10 — Wear Purple all day
