Blackboard Helpdesk Assistant at NWOSU (Part Time)
Available: January 14, 2019
Terms of Employment: This position is temporary part-time without benefits
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include working with faculty, staff and students who have issues pertaining to the Learning Management System (Blackboard), communicating with Blackboard users over the telephone and via email to identify and resolve problems, filling out daily reports and logs, and other duties as assigned by the Coordinator.
Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. This position requires strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Good communication skills, both verbal and written are important. Fluency in speaking and understanding the English language is a must.

Summertime Nanny
In search of a nanny for our 6 (almost 7) year old son during the summer, beginning on May 17th and extending through the summer. Must have reliable transportation, as you may be shuttling him to various camps. If interested, please contact Becca Cook at rlcook@nwosu.edu
Assistant at Alva Wesleyan Food Bank
There is no age restriction other than needing a valid driver's license. This is a paid position.
Right now the schedule is Monday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon to get ready for Thursday's food distribution. Then Thursday is 2 to 6 p.m. Also, we get Walmart pickups different times during the week that normally get picked up around 3 p.m. All of this can be flexible except for the Thursday hours. We could talk about any time change needed.
In general, the position is to prepare the boxes for distribution. Distribute boxes on Thursdays. Pick up food from Wal-Mart when requested. Sort and organize food and keeping the place clean.
