Women's golf finishes second at OPSU Invitational

GARDEN CITY, Kan. - The Northwestern Oklahoma State University women's golf team finished second with a two-day total of 709 at the Oklahoma Panhandle State University Invitational at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City, Kan. on Tuesday.

The women shot 359 on day one and scored 350 on day two for a 709. Amanda Dixon finished third overall shooting 159.  Dixon shot a final round 78 after shooting an 81 on Monday.

Stephanie Martin shot a pair of 84s to shoot 168 over the two-day tournament. Jacey Ford and Kayla Peters shot 187 and 195, respectively to round out the Lady Ranger scores.

The Lady Rangers return to action on April 2 at the OBU Spring Invitational.
