Weather Information for Students

In the event of inclement weather, Northwestern Oklahoma State University will make decisions regarding the cancellation of classes or activities at the earliest possible moment.  For morning classes, decisions are generally made by 6 a.m.  Employees will be notified by their immediate supervisor.

All weather related information will be posted on the home page of the Northwestern website as well as provided to area radio stations and Oklahoma City television stations.

Students who live off-campus and must travel to classes are asked to use their own judgment in determining whether to attend classes during periods of inclement weather.
