3.        The next step is to Apply for Financial Aid after January 1, 2010 this is Mandatory. Go to this link and complete it on-line. www.fafsa.ed.gov.

·         For the 2009-2010 School year, use your 2008 W’2’s and 1040 tax Information.

·         For the 2010-2011 School year, use your 2009 W’2’s and 1040 tax information.

·         Payment Plans are on-line at www.nwosu.edu/bursarbusiness-office monthly payments are made through the Educational Data Systems at www.edsinet.com NWOSU code is 003163. Payments are made the first day of classes each semester.  All questions regarding payments plans will go through Fawn Kingcade –Assistant Bursar at 580-327-8532.

6.       Housing Contracts and $75.00 Dorm Deposit is PAID in ADVANCE. This is not paid by scholarship. This is re-fundable; pending there is no damage to the dorm room. All first time freshmen must live in the dorm.

This is MANDATORY!  If you have insurance we need a copy of the Front and Back of your insurance card.  If you do not have insurance you may purchase supplemental accidental insurance through the private company that we use. If you wish to purchase your own insurance elsewhere you may do that as well.

·         NOTE: We do NOT take MEDICAID FROM ANY STATE.

·         We do NOT take Oklahoma SONNER CARE.

·         Cost 12 Months is $358.71 (Must Re-new every year)
