Students from Acacia, Delta Zeta, Alpha Sigma Alpha and the baseball team at Northwestern Oklahoma State University recently helped put up Christmas lights and displays on Alva’s downtown square. This is the second year that student organizations from Northwestern have helped with the Christmas decorations. The Christmas committee is sponsored by Dr. Larry Smith and also is responsible for the decorating the square.
