Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

The following is a RECOMMENDED Summer Program to prepare you for the 2011 Ranger Football season. Northwestern Oklahoma State University IS NOT responsible for AND its insurance WILL NOT cover any injuries during this voluntary summer workout program.

Please follow closely the provided Weight Room Reminders and watch the videos of the lifts showing specific lift procedures provided at the links below to ensure that you will properly complete all lifts in the correct manner to prevent injury. These reminders and lift procedures need to be strictly followed.
