NWOSU STAFF COUNCIL

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

January 8, 2010 ** 9:05 am

Present:               Karli Greenfield, Fawn Kingcade, Natalie Miller, Lisa Herning, Denise Bay.

Absent:                                David Washington, Lindsey Weber, Angelia Case

Computer Training Classes:

Karen Sneary agreed to do computer training classes.  Classes will be held on Tuesday’s from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Thursday’s from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Lisa will write up a blog  on class details and send to Denise to put on Staff Council Webpage.  Lisa will also send out a mass email to all staff to let them know that classes will be available.  Once we get a number on how many participants we will have, then room and a start date for classes will be decided upon.    

Other Announcements & Topics

Campus Clean-Up will be on Tuesday, April 20, with a rain date of April 21.  Angelia is working on flyers for campus clean-up and the committee will delegate jobs for event closer to date.

Future softball game will be held at the end of the semester with date still undecided.  

Lisa will also send out details on Campus Kudos when the mass email to all staff for computer training classes goes out.
