Spring game to be held April 21st in conjunction with "Give Us 5"

ALVA, Okla. - The Northwestern Oklahoma State University spring football game will be at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 at Ranger Field. Admission to the game will be $5 or five canned goods as part of the "Give us 5" canned food drive put on by the NWOSU Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

Head football coach Alan Hall and staff will culminate the team's spring season with the offensive side of the ball playing the defensive side in a modified game situation.

The entire football staff would like to personally invite all fans for a preview of what fans have to look forward to next season.

Current Northwestern athletes will go door to door from 9-11 a.m. on the day of the game collecting cans from individuals to help the "Give Us 5" canned food drive. A free game ticket will be provided for every five cans a person donates.

All canned goods and money will go to the Alva Wesleyan Church Food Bank.
