    ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State University and Athletic Director Andy Carter are pleased to introduce Kasey Mahaffey as the second ever head coach of the women's soccer program.

  • Inaugural women's soccer coach Steve Barrows resigns

    ALVA, Okla. - The coach credited with starting the women’s soccer program at Northwestern Oklahoma State university is stepping down.Steve Barrows, who became the school's inaugural head coach when the program began in 2000, submitted his resignation at the end of the 2011 fall semester. The University is currently conducting a search for his replacement."I greatly enjoyed my time at Northwestern,” Barrows said.

  • Thorpe named to All-Conference team

    SHAWNEE, Okla. (11-14-11) – Late Friday night, the Sooner Athletic Conference released the women’s soccer All-Conference teams with a Northwestern Oklahoma State University Ranger finding her name on the list. For her efforts this season in the box, freshman goal keeper Caitlin Thorpe has been named to the second team All-Conference team.

    SHAWNEE, Okla. (10-31-11) – Caitlin Thorpe has become the latest Northwestern Oklahoma State University women’s soccer player to earn a player of the week award in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
