Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Mount Senario College (Wisc.) and a Master of Science degree in physical education from Winona State University (Minn.). He has professional teaching and coaching experiences at Minnesota State Community and Technical College and at numerous high schools in Arizona and Nevada.
