  • Scholarship established for Northwestern-Enid psychology students

    March 9, 2017 – The Enid Friends of Psychology Scholarship has been established by the Enid Psychology Club at Northwestern Oklahoma State University to provide financial assistance to Enid-area undergraduate psychology students.

  • One day mini cheer camp April 18 at Northwestern-Enid

    March 31, 2015 -- A one day mini cheer camp for ages Pre-K through eighth grade will take place Saturday, April 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Enid campus. Registration will begin at 9:15 a.m., and the cost is $15 per person.

  • Northwestern-Enid plans blood drive for Feb. 9

     February 3, 2015--An Oklahoma Blood Institute blood drive will take place at the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Enid campus on Feb. 9 in the Enid Commons from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Lori Shearer, a senior nursing student from Enid, is organizing the event for a student leadership project.               

  • Dog wash to benefit Northwestern Psychology Club Endowment Fund

    April 17, 2014--The Psychology Club at Northwestern Oklahoma State University-Enid is having a dog wash Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Enid Campus, 2929 E. Randolph.

  • Enid Symphony Orchestra invites University Singers to perform

    University Singers from Northwestern Oklahoma State University will make an appearance with the Enid Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. on Feb. 5, and at 2 p.m. on Feb. 6 in the Enid Symphony Center, 301 W. Broadway.

  • Enid native to speak at young professionals meeting

    Northwestern Oklahoma State University-Enid, 2929 E. Randolph, will welcome Rich Taylor to campus at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 27. Taylor will speak about leadership and show a DVD to the Greater Enid Young Professionals and to the newly formed Enid Marketing Professionals about leadership. The event will be held in the Commons area.
  • Enid Chautauqua to celebrate Lincoln's legacy of freedom

    To further celebrate the bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln’s birth and his legacy of freedom and equality, Northwestern Oklahoma State University is offering a week-long course titled “Summer Chautauqua – Voices on the Fringe: Lincoln’s Legacy of Equality.” Those not wishing to earn college credit may attend the workshops and evening Chautauqua performances for free.
  • Emily Krzyzaniak receives $1,000 scholarship

    Collins, Butler & Co., P.C. presented Emily Krzyzaniak, Enid senior, with a $1,000 scholarship for being the outstanding accounting student on the Northwestern Oklahoma State University-Enid campus.
  • Story of Booker T. Washington to be featured in Winter Chautauqua Feb. 28

    The story of a slave born in Virginia will be featured during Northwestern Oklahoma State University-Enid’s annual Winter Chautauqua on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 10:30 a.m., beginning with a workshop. “Booker T. Washington: An Innovator in Education and Race Relations” will be performed by Joseph P. Bundy.
