RANGER SOCCER ROUNDS OUT ROSTER

Head Coach Steve Barrows has rounded out the Lady Ranger soccer team with two new additions. Newcomers Regina Gutierrez and Dana Gandolfo bring the head count to 19 players.

Gutierrez, a freshman defender from Col Polanco, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, is a recent graduate of Tecnologico de Monterrey. Her playing credentials comprise of tournaments in Mexico, Canada and the United States, while her honors include two-time team MVP, all-tournament player selections and team-leading scorer. Gutierrez was also a 4.0 student at the top academic high school institution in Mexico.

Gandolfo, a sophomore defender/goalkeeper, returns to the Ranger Soccer team after a year absence. A native of Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Gandolfo who transferred from Carl Albert State College, played goalkeeper and defender for Northwestern during the 2006 season. During that season, she played in all 17 games and held a 3-6 record in the goal, while also scoring a goal.
