EDMOND, Okla. – The Ranger soccer team finished their 2008 soccer season off on the road in a 7-0 loss against Oklahoma Christian on Monday.
The Eagles hit a season high seven goals and held the Rangers to just one shot, as Ashley Strack got a shot off in the first half. Oklahoma Christian scored three goals in the first half and four in the second after firing a total of 32 shots, 17 which were on goal.
Kelsey Archer posted nine saves in the net for the Rangers while Sierra Willard had one.
Northwestern finished the season at 2-14-1 overall and was 2-8 in Sooner Athletic Conference play. Ashley Guinn and Sierra Willard are the only two seniors that will be lost to graduation.
