Danielle Stebens, Mark Freeman crowned Homecoming Queen, King

November 24, 2008 Mark Freeman and Danielle Stebens, 2008 Ranger Kind and Queen

During halftime of the Ranger football game on Nov. 1, Danielle Stebens, Buffalo senior, and Mark Freeman, Medicine Lodge (Kan.) junior, were crowned as 2008 homecoming queen and king during the coronation ceremony at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

Stebens is a member of the Lady Rangers basketball team and is sponsored by that organization. Her favorite subject is biology as she plans to graduate Northwestern with a biology degree. Besides being involved with the Lady Rangers, she is active in the Alva Recreation Center as a referee and also part of the Future Lady Rangers Big Sister Program. She is the daughter of Larry and Mary Stebens.

Freeman is sponsored by the Aggie Club where he is an active member. He also is a member of Young Farmers and Ranchers and enjoys football and rodeo. Freeman is an agribusiness major and the son of the late Dorwin Freeman and Gwen Mills.
