Ranger Rodeo signs calf/team roper from Beaver

 Rodeo signs Tucker Hudgins

Northwestern Oklahoma State University officially welcomed incoming freshman Tucker Hudgins to the Ranger Rodeo Team on Wednesday when he signed a letter of commitment.

Hudgins joins the Ranger family from Beaver to compete in the calf roping and team roping events.  He plans to study agriculture business while attending Northwestern.

“This is always an exciting time of year,” Stockton Graves, head rodeo coach, said. “We have spoken with some great athletes throughout the year, and when we start getting students coming through the door ready to sign, we know we have done our job.  We always end up with great recruits, and I can’t tell you how much we have to credit this university and this community for the support they give the rodeo team, making it one that people want to join.”

Hudgins was accompanied by his parents, Jim and Les Hudgins.
