Terry Ross (middle) from Community Bank awarded two Northwestern Oklahoma State University freshmen with a scholarship for attending Ranger Preview last year. This scholarship is awarded in the fall of their first semester at Northwestern. Scholarship recipients are Samantha Cox (left) of Buffalo and Stetson Vore of Cherokee.
