Terry Ross (right) from Community Bank awarded four Northwestern Oklahoma State University freshmen with a scholarship for attending Ranger Preview last year.  This scholarship is awarded in the fall of their first semester at Northwestern.  Scholarship recipients are Shelby Carpenter (left) of Ponca City and Lee Pennington (center), Harmon.   Jacob Churchill, Alva, and Marhya Powell, Woodward, are not pictured.
