Completed in 1969, Ranger Field was a major step forward in the development of Northwestern's athletic facilities. The stadium provides seating for 6,600 persons. Adjacent areas include parking for 600 cars. A concession stand and the press box rise on the west side of the stadium. At the north end of the field is a building housing locker rooms, equipment storage, and public restrooms. The baseball field is north of the stadium.
