The J.R. Holder Wellness Center is unique in that it serves three different communities - the university community, the community of Alva and the medical community. The goal of the Wellness Center is to promote the wellness concept among these groups. The Wellness Center features a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two racquetball courts, walking/jogging track, Cybex and weight training area, cardiovascular area, aerobics room, two saunas, locker room facilities, an equipment store and administrative offices.
