The Health and Physical Education Building was a major addition to Percefull Fieldhouse in 1968, and it greatly increased Northwestern's physical education plant. A new gymnasium and exercise room were among its features. New offices and classrooms were created for the department. Some of Northwestern's coaches have offices in the Health and Physical Education Building. Renovation of this building is set to begin at the end of the Spring 2007 semester.
