2006 in 'Laundry Quandary' Saturday All robotics fans are welcome to attend the Heartland BEST Robotics competition Saturday in Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s Percefull Fieldhouse to see more than 250 middle and high school students from Oklahoma and Kansas compete in the “Laundry Quandary.” Preliminary rounds will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. where teams will be moving wet and dry laundry with their uniquely-built robots. This process will simulate a home-automated laundry system. Semi-final and final rounds will follow soon after the preliminary rounds are over. An awards presentation ceremony is scheduled for approximately 4 p.m. Read more... October 16, 2006 The International Student Association, Spanish Club and Student Government Association are planning the event for 6 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom. Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for Northwestern students and children under the age of 12. October 16, 2006 t-shirts now available for sale ![]() The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Alumni Association is now offering for the first time a limited edition commemorative coin in conjunction with the university’s annual homecoming celebration on Nov. 2-4. The silver coin with red and black accents depicting this year’s homecoming theme of “Get Your Kicks in 2006” is available for $15 in the Alumni Association office in the northwest corner of the Student Center.
