Group exercise classes
offered at Wellness Center
Five different group exercise classes are taking place in the J.R. Holder Wellness Center this semester. Three classes already underway include:

· Indoor Cycling on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 6:50 p.m., Kerri Reasons, instructor;

· Water Aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Lan Therrell, instructor; and

· Body Conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6 p.m., Jodee Kelln, instructor.
