August 21, 2006 of Economic Development Council Dr. Patti Wilber, director of the Walch Center for Business Development at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, has been elected chair of the 2006-2007 Economic Development Council (EDC) of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSHRE).
