THIRD ANNUAL BASEBALL BASH SET FOR ENID-AREA NORTHWESTERN ALUMNI
The third annual “Baseball, Hot Dogs and Apple Pie” will take place on Friday, April 11, at David Allen Memorial Ballpark in Enid when the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Ranger baseball team hosts a doubleheader with Lubbock Christian University. The first seven-inning game will begin at 3 p.m. The event is hosted by the Greater Enid NWOSU Alumni Task Force and in- between game activities will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The Rowdy Rangers will begin grilling hot dogs and serving apple pie from 4:30 until 6 p.m. for the first 300 alumni and friends. Concessions will be available for snack items and sodas.
Prizes will be given away throughout the event, including free t-shirts, courtesy of Encompass FSI.
Admission for the game is $5 for adults, $3 for students K-12 and $2 for senior citizens.
“This event has become a new Ranger tradition,” said Northwestern Alumni Association Director Lizabeth Richey. “Come out and show your Ranger spirit while you celebrate America’s pastime.”
