MISS TIMBERLAKE NAMED MISS CINDERELLA 2007 AT NORTHWESTERN
Paige Fischer of Timberlake High School was crowned the 56th Miss Cinderella at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in conjunction with the university’s homecoming celebration.
Fischer also was the talent winner, playing a piano solo titled “Toccata.”
First runner-up was Audra Halliburton, Miss Laverne; second runner-up was Kaylee Brace, Miss Woodward; and Calli Matthews, Miss South Barber (Kan.), was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants and also won the interview award.
Kylee McCune, Miss Mooreland, and Ganga Moorthy, Miss Alva, also were finalists for the title of Miss Cinderella.
Fischer and the other 16 contestants also rode in Northwestern’s homecoming parade at 10 a.m. Saturday.
As Miss Cinderella, Fischer will receive eight semesters of tuition and a two-semester room waiver scholarship at Northwestern. For winning the talent portion of the contest, she will receive a one-year room waiver.
The first and second runners-up will receive six and four semesters of tuition, respectively. The congeniality winner also will receive a one-year room waiver and the interview winner receives a $300 book scholarship. Every contestant in the pageant is awarded a one-year tuition scholarship.
