Dr. Cynthia Pfeifer-Hill receives the John Barton Distinguished Teaching and Service Award from Barton during the annual Faculty/Staff Service Recognition Ceremony at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Pfeifer-Hill is professor of biology and chair of the Natural Science Department of the university. Nominations are made by faculty, staff and students and the recipient is determined by a selection committee.
