Alva sophomore Hayle Nida rounds a barrel on her way to a third place finish in the barrel racing average during the Ranger Rodeo presented last weekend by the Northwestern rodeo team.

Coleman Proctor, Miami senior, casts a loop around a steer’s hind heels during the team roping event during last weekend’s Ranger Rodeo presented by the Northwestern rodeo team. Proctor and his roping partner, Kyle Linaweaver of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, made runs of 5.5 and 5.0 seconds to win the average.
