COUNCIL OFFERS CONTEST FOR NEW LOGO

Northwestern Oklahoma State University students have a chance to win $500 through the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education’s Economic Development Council (EDC) logo contest.  The logo will be used on promotional material and on its website, with credit given to the selected creator.  The prize money may be used toward payment of any outstanding school accounts or toward expenses related to their education.

Rules state that entries must be created by students currently enrolled in a public Oklahoma college or university and who are in good standing.  Students can submit an individual entry or they can be a part of a two-person team, but not both.  There is a limit of one entry per person or team. 

The logo entry needs to be on a separate page with no information identifying the entrant or institution, and be accompanied by an additional page that includes the name(s) of the entrant, contact information including e-mail address, phone number, name of the student’s institution and the number of credit hours currently enrolled in.  Entries must be submitted in fully editable Adobe Illustrator EPS or PDF format.

To submit an entry, send the file to Cynthia Fuston at cfuston@osrhe.edu.  Upon receipt of the entry, applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Any questions regarding confirmation should be directed to Fuston at (405) 225-9394.
