NORTHWESTERN’S RYAN HINTERGARDT SCORES IN NAIA COMPETITION

            Ryan Hintergardt, sports information director for Northwestern Oklahoma State University, has won three awards in the annual publication contests of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and Sports Information Directors Association (NAIA-SIDA).

            Hintergardt placed sixth in the combined (men’s and women’s) basketball brochure contest and 10th in both the softball and women’s soccer brochure categories.

            The NAIA-SIDA conducts contests for season brochures and game day programs in all the sports played in the NAIA, as well as for websites and season preview/review and feature writing. The competition is open to all of the nearly 300 members of the NAIA.
