April snow surprises Northwestern

| It rained all day and as it neared 5 p.m., snow began to fall from the sky. Dr. Janet Cunningham's presidential inauguration ceremony took place in the early afternoon with a ball held in the evening. It only snowed about an inch, but the snowflakes were big, and it came down heavy. |
