TEACHERS’ MATH EXAM TO BE FIELD TESTED AT NORTHWESTERN

            The Mathematics and Computer Science Department at Northwestern Oklahoma State University will play host April 18 for a field test of the Advanced Mathematics and Middle Level/Intermediate Mathematics Oklahoma Subject Area Test (OSAT). The test will be administered in room 215 of Shockley Hall from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

            National Evaluation Systems (NES) is in the process of revising the mathematics teacher certification exams for Oklahoma and is conducting the field test to establish the validity of the new test.

            Anyone planning to take the Advanced Mathematics or Middle Level/Intermediate Mathematics OSAT in the near future is encouraged to participate. A small stipend is being offered to participants.
