COMMUNITY BAND TO BEGIN REHEARSALS 

Members are being sought in Alva and surrounding communities for the annual Community Band conducted by Dr. Kathryn Lindberg, Northwestern band director.

“I encourage anyone from middle school age to senior citizens who have some instrumental training and experience to join the band,” Lindberg said. “We have instruments available.”

Those interested should report to Room 310 (band room) of the Fine Arts Building at Northwestern at 6 p.m., Monday, June 26. The band will begin rehearsals that night.
