Alumni Spring Reunion events, awards and honors

Northwestern's Outstanding Graduates for 2005 are Larry Sanchez, Janet Cordell, Bobbi Ramirez and Duane Pierson.

T.C. Carter Award Winners
Tammy Brown receives the John Sheffield Teacher of the Year Award from SGA president Vanessa Gregory.
With Tammy (Barton) Brown receiving the John Sheffield Teacher of the Year Award this year, it marks the first time that both a father and daughter have won the award. Brown's father is John Barton who won the award prior to his retirement from Northwestern. Brown's father-in-law, Dr. Kenneth Brown, also received this prestigious honor prior to his retirement.
Tami Cooper, business office accountant, won the Thelma Crouch Staff Employee of the Year Award. It was presented by its namesake Thelma Crouch and SGA president Vanessa Gregory.
