CHARTWELL’S OFFERING ‘GRADUATES’ BANQUET’ ON MAY 7 

            As a service to friends, families and all seniors graduating from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Chartwell’s Food Service will offer a “Graduates’ Banquet” on Saturday, May 7, in the Student Center Ballroom.

            Leah Robinson, Chartwell’s catering director, said lunch will be served from 12:30 to 2 p.m. following the punch and cookie commencement reception hosted by Dr. Paul Beran, university president, which will take place immediately after the commencement exercises.

            Reservations and payment must be made no later than Monday, May 2, so Chartwell’s will be able to make plans for the lunch.

            “Everyone is invited, but for planning purposes there will be no room for walk-ins,” Robinson said.

            The lunch is $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 4 to 10. People wanting to attend may RSVP via Northwestern’s campus mail service or send to Chartwell’s at NWOSU, 709 Oklahoma Blvd., Alva, OK 73717. Robinson asked that everyone include the number of people attending along with their payment.

            The menu for the banquet includes carved roast beef, grilled chicken breast, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, garden salad, a variety of desserts, tea, water and coffee.
