SENIORS INVITED TO RANGER PREVIEW AT NORTHWESTERN

            All high school seniors are invited to participate in Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s annual Ranger Preview on Saturday, Nov. 8.

            The day provides seniors an opportunity to learn about Northwestern and watch the Ranger football team in action against Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Each student who attends Ranger Preview and is admitted to the university as a full-time student at the Alva campus will receive a $300 stackable scholarship. “Stackable” scholarships are those that can be added to other scholarships without reduction in value.

            The day will begin with registration from 8 to 9 a.m. in the Student Center Ballroom. A welcome at 9 a.m. will include a brief message from Dr. Paul Beran, president of Northwestern. The university will then take photographs of each high school’s representatives for mailing to hometown newspapers. From 10 until 11:30 a.m., students will be able to tour the campus and meet with faculty members and representatives of different organizations. They also will receive free tickets to that afternoon’s football game with kickoff scheduled for 2 p.m.
