Northwestern Oklahoma State University nursing students were featured in this month’s issue of Just Touch News, a newsletter featuring Bio-Touch, a simple, hands-on healing technique that can be used to address all types of health concerns. Dr. Carole McKenzie, associate professor and chair of nursing, helped make this class possible at Northwestern, and it is now a required course for nursing students here. There were 45 Northwestern nursing juniors and seniors who participated during the day. Several of the nursing faculty also were on hand to assist with Bio-Touch. Practitioners use the first two fingers of both hands to lightly touch specific points on the body. Over time, the combination of correct points and light touch seems to enhance the body’s natural healing ability.
Bio-Touch involves no magnetic products and is an easy, inexpensive tool to learn. To learn more about Bio-Touch, contact McKenzie at (580) 327-8489 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
