Nursing students, faculty attend lecture, research day

The senior nursing class and faculty at Northwestern Oklahoma State University attended the Distinguished Lecture Series and Bachelor of Science in nursing Deans and Directors Research Day at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing in Oklahoma City on April 2-3. The keynote speaker was Dr. Loretta Jemmott, RN, professor and HIV/AIDS researcher at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. Northwestern’s nursing program was the only program in the state that attended the entire two days of the lecture series.
